Easy to make an appointment. The staff at the service desk are always friendly and helpful. We feel we can depend on the work done. No worries. They even wash the car…a rare thing done today and a very nice and appreciated service. We travel over an hour to go to this dealer.

Was changed almost $100 more then was quoted over the phone for a new battery and reprogramming of my VW , also the battery was only covered for 2 years. I think $308.00 for this was a little obsessive for this service. Next time I will try to find a garage that works on VW’s.
Dropped my car off 10 days before the soonest appointment available and they had it done 1 day before my scheduled appointment!

Service needs were met. All staff was nice and cordial and helped out. Didn’t need a loaner but requested one so that pushed out the date a lot.
I was very satisfied with the service and the courteous people everybody asked if I needed help when I walked in and I got my car back a day early

Just started using McQuire for serving my Toyota Rav4 Prime and Prius Prime. My first experience was positive. I did not have to wait long to get an appointment, work was done as requested and I received useful information about how I could pick up my car if I was unable le to get there before servi e closed.
Service and customer care are great. Shuttle brought me back to dealership to pick up my car.

When the work was finally completed it was done well but the experience was highly negative. I was informed my car would be ready on a particular date 5 separate times and the estimated completion time was delayed each time. Additionally, I was not kept informed or provided with updates unless I called. In total it took 5 weeks to complete the work which was over twice the time that I expected.
The mechanics are thorough, the front desk is courteous and helpful. I trust Maguire and would recommend them to anybody!!
The people in the service center were polite and helpful with repairs. I have friends that will not go back to your service center from they experience 6 months ago. I can’t wait to tell them about my experience.

Phil was very helpful and did an amazing job. The body shop got my car out of the shop quicker than they estimated and it looks like they did a descent job fixing the damage.

I literally drove away yesterday thinking "This is why I come here for my service and why I will buy my next new car here as well". I can't remember her name, but the woman who took care of me yesterday greeted me outside in the service area when I arrived and was 100% professional and courteous. It didn't hurt either that it only cost me $10 for my oil change and inspection. Also, they cleaned up my car which was a much appreciated added bonus! Thank you!
The salesman was rude and not taught more extensively on how the federal tax incentive works then was promised it would be detailed and charged he failed to keep his promise. He now reaches out to me saying bring it in and we will detail it for you but I live in Syracuse that’s way out of the way for just a detail and a waste of my time. The team did a great job servicing my car. they went above and beyond to identify the problem and fix it.
The recall work of removing fuel pump had to be corrected 3 days after install due to evaporative leak fault. A common issue on a 4Runner fuel pump replacement from the blog posts I read by other Toyota service departments. The procedure for replacing the fuel pump should be updated by Toyota to prevent future rework. If the part and the labor holds up I will be happy. The service department front desk were A+ keeping the customer happy and agreeing to perform the rework.
Jasminne was phenomenal from start to finish. Answered all my phone calls and made sure I was kept informed through the entire process. Made me feel welcome and my car is running beautifully now. I’ll be sure to get any servicing done at Maguire from now on!

Staff are nice and accommodating. I got VERY lost in the maze of Ithaca’s construction and was nearly 2 hours late. Although it’s distressing to need my S90 serviced in Ithaca (which I’m unfamiliar with) instead of Binghamton, I did appreciate the prompt service I received.

I bought my RAV-4 from the Maguire dealership and was treated very well. In the two years since I purchased the car Maguire dealership performed the regular maintenance efficiently and courteously. Did a great job on the 40,000 mile service (oil, filter, etc.), as well as new pads and rotors (front and rear). Shuttle service was very handy to get back to work, and then I was picked up and brought back down when service on my Volvo was complete.

I purchased a beautiful, used VW from them and it needed all new brakes and routers within a week after purchase. I was disappointed, but made an appointment with them within the 30 day window. They did all the needed break repairs without charge and now the Tiguan is driving and stopping great. Thank you for honoring the 30 day purchase agreement and for the great repair service. Clayton is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a straight shooter and cares about the customer. We were able to quickly and efficiently buy the car thanks to his help.
Buying a car is a very complex process with an enormous number of details. It seems simpler to close on a house. Clayton handled everything flawlessly and then spent as much time as we needed explaining how to use all the new technical features on the car. And he made clear that we could call later on if we forget anything. Plus he shared some “inside” tips. No problems with Clayton; he is a winner!
They give a time and always stick pretty much to schedule. They keep you updated as to the progress and let you know if there are any differences in the original estimate/ quote.

The service center people were courteous and welcoming. I interacted mainly with Chelsy Carey who was very polite and attentive. The young man in the garage bay when I arrived promised to adjust the steering wheel which had been left higher than I liked on my last visit. Now it is in a good position for me.

Difficult to make a timely appointment. It takes two to three weeks to get my vehicles in for service. Security module was left on floorboard last time.
I've been pleased with the service I have received from your staff. They ve been responsive to my needs and even let me know if there is going to be a delay, so I don't spend time waiting for service. I do think you might be going a little over board on reminding me of my appointment.

They have an unreasonable number of forms to sign(20+) just to buy a used vehicle for cash. I recently bought a new vehicle at a different dealership and only signed 3 or 4 forms.
